Workshop on ‘Indoor Management Games’ held at FDDI, Rohtak
 

For the overall personality development of the students & to create a feeling of camaraderie among them, a workshop on ‘Indoor Management Games’ was organized for the students of the School of Retail Management (SRM) & the School of Fashion Design (SFD) of Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), Rohtak.

Two experts namely, Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma - Asst. Professor, TITS Bhiwani & Dr. Sunil Datta - Asst. Professor, Govt. College Panipat conducted the workshop on 12th September 2013.

 

Both the experts carry a wide experience of around seven years of conducting management games & activities in various management institutes & corporate bodies. These activities are aimed for motivating & rejuvenating management skills & honing management abilities of the students

Sharing the details, Mr. Raajeev j Lakhara, Managing Director, said “With an objective of developing & generating the feeling of team-work, dedication and to bring out the creative side of the students and to boost their confidence, the workshop was organized.”

 

The two experts started their presentation with a perfectly synchronized and co-ordinate management skills video which created interest in the minds of students and motivated them.

 

Dr. Sharma & Dr. Datta also briefed the students about the importance of time management, team work in personal & professional life.

 

“These games channelize the energy of students in positive direction and help them interact and gel with one another and work in coordination to achieve a common goal,” added Mr. Lakhara.

 

‘Indoor Management Games’ sharpen the conceptual and decision making skills of students and provides the opportunity to learn many management techniques practically.

 

Around 150 students participated in Management Games and added value in their overall learning sphere with full zest and fervor and enjoyed the learning.
