‘Alumni Interactive Sessions’ held at FDDI, Noida campus

With the objective to guide and motivate the students to take up the correct careers with full seriousness and in the right spirit, ‘Alumni Interactive Sessions’ were held at Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), Noida campus.

The sessions, organized by the Placement department of FDDI were successfully addressed by Mr. Niren Annad and Mr. Ashish Kumar Jha, alumnus of FDDI.

Both of them encouraged the students of School of Footwear Design & Production (SFDP) on how to be ready for the job market. They shared their experiences on how they prepared for the job market, while they were students of FDDI.

They provided valuable tips to the students and said that there are two ways to build one’s carriers; one is to work for others (Join in the existing companies) and the other one is to work for yourselves (start a company at your own).

They highlighted the importance of goal setting & goal mapping to be successful in the professional world and also emphasized to be updated according to industrial requirement and working technology.

They suggested to gain better knowledge during the curriculum and replied to the several different queries raised by the students.
