To ‘upskill’ the proficiency & ability of faculty to teach and to nurture a productive culture in FDDI, a ‘Faculty Development Programme’ (FDP), was held from 14th to 24th December 2022 at its Noida campus.
Addressed the faculties & the trainers of the FDP, Mr. Arun Kumar Sinha, IAS, Managing Director, FDDI said, “To meet the current expectations and for student’s growth, the need to upgrade our knowledge is inevitable and FDDI will leave no stone unturned in creating a pool of high end in-house expertise”.
The FDP which was coordinated by Mr. Amit Sabherwal, Consultant Academics – FDDI, was held in order to match with the revised curriculum which has been designed by some of the eminent expertise from institutions' like IIT, IGNOU.
The faculty of FDDI who are the backbone and the biggest asset of the institute, underwent the FDP during which academician/industry experts provided valuable insights on five ‘Foundation Subjects’.
Overall 74 faculties across all the campuses of FDDI participated in discussions & practical sessions, outcome of which was alignment on the subject course curriculum & clarity about the topics to be handled during the semester.
