Upon the request received from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Raipur, Colonel Pankaj Kumar Sinha, Managing Director (MD), FDDI had an ‘Interactive Session’ with ePGP Batch 4 students consisting of working executives.
During a one-week campus immersion for the working executives held from May 13-18, 2024 at IIM, Raipur Campus, this session was conducted on 14th May 2024.
Colonel Sinha interacted with the participants and shared critical insights along with his rich experience with ePGP Batch 4 students on management, motivation and team building which was very inspiring.
Colonel Sinha, with suitable example, briefed how to motivate self, how to motivate others, and how to build effective teams which are needed to navigate in the contemporary society.
The event witnessed 200 participants i.e. from 2 years MBA program, who are drawn from diverse industries such as Aerospace, Information Technology, Banking, Chemicals, Oil and Gas, etc.
On this occasion, Prof. Dhananjay Bapat, Chairperson, eMBA and Prof. Shadab Danish, Co-chairperson, eMBA were also present.
Colonel Sinha also met Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani, Director - IIM, Raipur. They had a discussion to foster constructive relationships between the two institution.
