FDDI, Rohtak in collaboration with Amar Ujala organized ‘Shikshak Samman Samaroh’ on 26th September 2024.
The event was an initiative to honour the profession and the professionals in the field of teaching who had toiled hard to raise the bar of education and contributed in educating the society at large.
Colonel Pankaj Kumar Sinha, Secretary, FDDI was the Chief Guest of this event. Mr. Yogesh Narain Dikshit, Editor - Amar Ujala, Mr. Rajiv Chauhan, Unit Head-Amar Ujala, Mr. Manish Aggarwal, Media Solution Head, and Ms. Sonia Malik - HoD, Psychology MDU, Rohtak were other dignitaries who graced the event.
Delivering the ‘Keynote Address’, Colonel Pankaj Kumar Sinha, Secretary, FDDI, said, “Teachers have an influencing role in the life of every student. They are like beacons of light, guiding us in the formative years of our life. Teachers mould us and in the process shape our future. What we learn from our teachers remains with us, throughout our life.”
During the event, more than 140 teachers were honoured for their outstanding contribution to education.
