Dr. Madhusudan Pal, Director of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) at FDDI, made a remarkable contribution at the 3rd International and 15th National Conference on Industrial Problems on Machines and Mechanisms (IPRoMM). The event, hosted by the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jamshedpur from December 19–21, 2024, brought together experts and researchers from across the globe to discuss advancements in industrial engineering and mechanics.
Dr. Pal delivered a Keynote Lecture on “Footwear Challenges in Innovation, Manufacturing and Testing”, highlighting innovative approaches and technologies in the field. His address emphasized the critical role of ergonomic and precise tool design in enhancing footwear production, aligning with contemporary industrial needs.
Dr. Pal chaired a Scientific Session on Biomechanics at the conference, fostering insightful discussions and advancing knowledge in the field. His leadership highlighted emerging trends, encouraging collaboration and innovation among participants for impactful contributions to biomechanics research and applications.
