FDDI Ankleshwar attended in the launching ceremony of NITI Aayog's Growth Hub (G-Hub) programme - 'Economic Master Plan of Surat Economic Region' held on 19th September 2024 at Le Meridien Hotel, Surat.
Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, Mr. Bhupendra Patel launched the master plan for the Surat Economic Region, as part of NITI Aayog's Growth Hub (G-Hub) programme aiming to boost the state's economy to $3.5 trillion by 2047.
To achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047, the Central Government, guided by NITI Aayog, aims to develop rapidly growing cities and their surrounding areas into Growth Hubs. Surat has been identified as a key Growth Hub, encompassing Surat, Navsari, Bharuch, Dang, Tapi, and Valsad districts.
Faculties and students of FDDI, Ankleshwar campus attended this inspiring event having sessions on Education, Employment, Skill Development, trade and overall growth of Surat.
The sessions focused on unlocking new career pathways, enhancing skills, and empowering the next generation to thrive in a rapidly evolving job market and shaping future opportunities and fostering career growth through skill enhancement and industry collaboration.
