Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), Rohtak organized a five-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) from 07th to 11th September 2020.
The broad theme of this program was “Paradigm Shift in Higher Education due to Pandemic: Challenges & Opportunities for Educators.”
The FDP was conducted through Google meet to provide an opportunity for more focused, in-depth topics as well targeted training opportunities for the faculty in the COVID – 19 situations.
During the FDP, productive sessions were conducted by the faculties from various reputed Universities and institutes which focused examples from various management domains.

The guest lectures were given on topics like how to become effective educators, self-development, food & pandemic, how to be happy, making the positive aura of teacher, and how to deal with fake information on the internet, etc.
The event was attended by around 100 faculty members from various parts of the country.
