Mr. Vivek Sharma, IRS, Managing Director (MD), FDDI met Mr. Jitin Prasada, Hon’ble Minister of State for Commerce and Industry on 24th March 2025.
During the interaction, discussion on the issues related to training, research, innovation, need of skilling people with a view to meet global requirements and supporting the industry in the areas of footwear, leather, fashion, retail and management were held. The functioning, requirements and issues to accelerate the growth of FDDI was discussed.
