The meritorious students who have passed Class 12th in the academic year 2025 from various Central and State Boards with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA were felicitate by FDDI, Chhindwara Campus on 30th May 2025 and by FDDI, Kolkata Campus on 17th May 2025 during the ‘Pratibha Samman Samaroh 2025’ (प्रतिभा सम्मान समारोह)- a celebration of achievement, dedication and perseverance.
The felicitation ceremony at FDDI Chhindwara, which was organized in collaboration with the District Administration brought together over 400 participants, including students, educators, dignitaries, and faculty.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of senior government officials and education leaders namely, Mr. Sheelendra Singh, IAS – District Collector, Chhindwara (Chief Guest) Mr. Gopal Singh Baghel – District Education Officer (DEO), Chhindwara (Guest of Honour) Mr. Satyendra Singh Markam – Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department and Mr. Sangeet Deshmukh – Assistant Director, OBC Welfare Department.
Over 350 students scoring above 60% in M.P. and CBSE Boards, 32 state/district toppers, and 46 principals of schools with 100% results were felicitated with medals, certificates, and mementos.
On this occasion, at FDDI, Kolkata campus, Mrs. Shubhra Chatterji was the ‘Chief Guest’ and Mr. Uttam Kumar, Principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ballygunge was the ‘Guest of Honour’.
Mrs. Shubhra Chatterji has been active in school education since 1986, serving as a teacher, curriculum developer, preschool incubation expert, and teacher educator. She is a member of ECCE Councils in West Bengal and Chhattisgarh, and the CII Eastern Region Education Subcommittee. Her key interest lies in early language learning.
The ceremony witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 250 students across West Bengal, along with their parents, guardians, and representatives from prominent coaching centers.
Mr. Neeraj Kumar, Executive Director (ED), FDDI, Kolkata campus addressed the participates about the initiative of FDDI’s ‘Pratibha Samman Samaroh 2025’.
The objective of the program was twofold: first, to foster a spirit of academic dedication among students by recognizing and celebrating their hard work and achievements; and second, to broaden their horizons by promoting awareness of the wide range of career opportunities available in footwear, fashion, leather products, and retail through skill-based professional programs of FDDI in today’s dynamic world.
By doing so, the program aimed to inspire students to set ambitious goals, make informed decisions about their future, and pursue their aspirations with confidence and clarity.
