On 05th June, 2025, FDDI Campuses observed ‘World Environment Day’ by engaging in a series of environmentally conscious activities. The celebration began with the planting of saplings within the Institute premises, symbolizing a commitment to nurturing the environment and promoting greenery.
At FDDI, Jodhpur Campus an ‘Awareness Workshop’ was organized focusing on the theme of environmental sustainability and collective responsibility. On this occasion, Mr. Narendra Kumar Sharma, a renowned environmentalist and founder of Rupang Path, was the Chief Guest and Mr. Ramrakh Jat, a National Awardee and Master Artisan was the Guest of Honor whose presence and insights enriched the workshop, inspiring participants to take meaningful action toward preserving our environment.
The celebration commenced with a symbolic yet impactful initiative—the installation of ‘Parindas’ (Bird feeders) and ‘Gharondas’ (Nests) across the campus. This thoughtful gesture aimed to ensure access to food, water, and safe nesting spaces for birds, reinforcing the event’s message of coexistence and environmental stewardship.
At FDDI, Rohtak Campus under the campaign, ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’, planting of sapling was done by Mr. Manoj Sharma (Head of Production) and Mr. Devendra Punia (Head of Human Resources) of Amul Milk/Sabar Dairy.
The event aimed to raise awareness about environmental conservation and encourage sustainable practices within the campus community.
Participants enthusiastically contributed to the activity, reflecting a spirit of environmental responsibility.
