For the capacity building of academic and non-academic staff of FDDI, Noida and to enhance professional effectiveness and institutional representation, a comprehensive training program on Image Building was conducted by Image Unlock.
The sessions for academic staff were held on the 3rd, 4th, 11th, and 25th of July 2025, while the training for non-academic staff took place on the 16th, 17th, 24th, and 25th of July 2025. The program was conducted by renowned trainers namely, Ms. Sweta Verma (Founder - Image Unlock), Ms. Mohita Dutta, Ms. Rupali Das and Ms. Shanoo Arora who brought their expertise in soft skills development, public speaking, and professional conduct to the sessions.
Delivering the ‘Keynote Address’ in the closing session, MD FDDI emphasized that a positive image reflects a sense of integrity, trust and credibility which is crucial for creating a positive and lasting impression that influences perceptions, relationships, and ultimately, success.
During the sessions, participants were guided on key practices to enhance personal branding. They were encouraged to observe and learn from inspiring icons, adopt confident mannerisms, and be active listeners to build trust and rapport. Emphasis was placed on dressing appropriately to reflect professionalism, respecting punctuality as a sign of reliability, and staying engaged in community activities to demonstrate leadership and empathy. Ultimately, the session underscored the importance of aiming to inspire others, as a strong image is built not just on personal success, but on positive influence and meaningful contribution.
