With an objective to provide a chance to add new skills in attainment of the professional goal of the students, a workshop on 'Make-up & Styling and Photography' was organized by FDDI, Kolkata campus from 24-26 September 2024 and from 3-5 October 2024.
The workshop was organized by School of Fashion Design (FD) during which the students acquired the skills of makeup look and fashion photography by the professional artist working in the industry.
During the workshop on 'Make-up & Styling', the experts explained the students about the makeup look techniques, products and the evolving make-up practices for different occasion.
During the workshop on 'Photography', the experts provided guidance on still photography, video making, indoor & outdoor photography, composition & understanding the advanced camera functions.
The workshop on 'Make-up & Styling' equipped the students to work as a fashion stylist or a makeup artist whereas the workshop on 'Photography' developed one's passion in photography and helped them in expressing and translating their product designs & creative thoughts.
