FDDI participated in the India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2024, organized by ITPO, from 14th to 27th November 2024, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This event provided FDDI with a valuable opportunity to connect with a diverse audience, showcasing its programs, achievements, and innovations in the fields of footwear, fashion, leather lifestyle and retail & fashion merchandise.
The FDDI stall became a hub of activity, drawing attention with its unique and interactive displays. A key highlight was the exclusive showcase of products designed by FDDI students, which included innovative footwear designs, fashion accessories, leather lifestyle products and retail miniatures. These creative works not only demonstrated the student’s exceptional talent and ingenuity but also highlighted FDDI’s focus on fostering innovation and sustainability.
Visitors were thrilled to see the creativity and craftsmanship behind the products, with many expressing amazements at the designs. The showcase attracted significant footfall to the stall, sparking curiosity and excitement among the crowd to learn more about FDDI’s academic programs, workshops, and career opportunities.
On 23rd November 2024, FDDI students took center stage with an electrifying flash mob performance, spreading vibrant energy across the various halls of IITF. The performance, filled with lively choreography and captivating music, turned heads and gathered large audiences.
Beyond entertainment, flash mob created awareness about FDDI and its contributions to shaping future design professionals. Through the energy of dance and expression, the students conveyed FDDI's mission to inspire creativity, nurture talent, and build industry-ready professionals.
