On 13th September 2024, an insightful session on ‘Psychometric Assessment’ was conducted for the students School of Retail and Fashion Merchandise (RFM), FDDI - Noida campus during which Dr. Veenu Arora was the ‘Resource Person’.
During the session, a series of well-curated exercises and discussions, shed light on various behavioural patterns and decision-making styles that can significantly impact one’s professional journey.
An assessment session was done to measure the cognitive abilities, personality traits, motivation, values, aspirations, key behavioural competencies of students. This comprehensive evaluation allowed participants to gain deeper self-awareness, identify their strengths, and align their career goals with their unique attributes.
The session not only empowered students to make informed career choices but also provided a clear roadmap for enhancing their leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. It was a transformative experience, which will undoubtedly influence the students’ future endeavours in the retail and fashion industry.
