With the objective to experience and learn about India's rich design and cultural heritage, the students of ‘Foundation Batch’ & BBA-RFM of FDDI, Hyderabad campus visited at ‘Shilparamam-A craft Village’ on 11th September 2024.
‘Shilparamam with its natural greenery facilitate artisans work by comprising craft museum, Leather Puppet Museum, Cultural museum, Art Gallery & Library, Multi-purpose Auditorium, Common facility workshops & amphi theater.
Under the supervision and guidance of the faculty of FDDI, the students observed amazing ancient artistic work in objects & articles on display.
Students acquired first-hand knowledge on Design, Art, Dimensions and Surface Textures in paintings, pottery, crafts and sculptures. They got the opportunity to understand minute detailing and workmanship of various artisans of different states at one platform. It will help them further application of these techniques in their projects and assignments.
