An innovative and creative workshop on ‘Advanced Material Exploration’ was conducted at FDDI in Chhindwara campus in collaboration with M/s. Pidilite Limited from 1st to 5th May 2023.
Pidilite Limited, a leading manufacturer of adhesives, sealants, and construction chemicals, provided their expertise, Ms. Kajal Totlani, Faculty Expert and an extensive range of materials to facilitate the exploration of innovative techniques.
The workshop aimed to explore various artistic techniques such as Truck art on footwear, Cut Work, Appliques, Prints, Glass Art, and Resin Art, while experimenting with the wide range of colors offered by Pidilite for the Foundation batches of Footwear and Fashion.
The workshop brought together a diverse group of students from FDDI, who were eager to expand their creativity.
The students gained valuable insights into various artistic techniques, and the collaboration with Pidilite provided them with a platform to experiment with a vast array of colors and materials. The workshop not only enriched their knowledge, but, also fueled their passion for creative design in the field of footwear & fashion.
With the newfound skills and experiences, the participants are now better equipped to make unique and captivating contributions to the world of footwear & fashion design.
