FDDI, Ankleshwar is hosting 3rd Convocation Ceremony on Wednesday 1st November 2023 at FDDI, Ankleshwar Auditorium.
We would like to inform you that students who have successfully completed their respective Programme in year 2019 - 2023 and subsequently submitted No Dues form are eligible for award of Degree at Convocation 2023.
Graduate are advised to report at the Institute at 9:00 AM on the day of convocation. Students, who fail to provide their confirmation by the stipulated time, will not be allowed to attend the Convocation Ceremony.
Instructions for Convocation Ceremony:
Dress: Wearing Traditional or Formal Dress as mentioned below is mandatory:
Graduands:
a) Gents: Kurta Pyjama / Lounge Suit / Combination with a tie, Formal Shoes and Socks
b) Ladies: Saree/ Suit / Western (Trousers/Blazer)
REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF CONVOCATION (1ST November 2023)
Registration will be open only from 08:30 AM to 10:00 AM. You are required to register/report at the counter marked for your respective batch and year for registration. Students who are unable to report before 10:00 AM for registration for scheduled Convocation will not be awarded Degree on the Day of Convocation. Students who are unable to report before 10:30 AM for registration for scheduled Convocation will not be awarded Degree on the Day of Convocation.
After registration please collect the Shawl from the counter.
Registration Fee
Payment of Registration fee Rs 300/- (Non-refundable fee).
SITTING IN THE CONVOCATION HALL
You are requested to be seated in the auditorium Hall latest by 10:10 AM.
Once seated, there will be no unnecessary movements in the auditorium Hall and perfect discipline will be maintained. You will only be allowed to leave the convocation hall after the ceremony is over.
