We would like to inform you that students who have successfully completed their respective Programme in year 2018 - 2022 and subsequently submitted No Dues form are eligible for award of Degree at Convocation 2022.
Graduate are advised to report at the Institute at 2:30 PM on the day of convocation. Students, who fail to provide their confirmation by the stipulated time, will not be allowed to attend the Convocation Ceremony.

REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF CONVOCATION (18th November 2022)
Registration will be open only from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. You are required to register/report at the counter marked for your respective batch and year for registration. Students who are unable to report before 2:00 PM for registration for scheduled Convocation will not be awarded Degree on the Day of Convocation. Students who are unable to report before 03:30 PM for registration for scheduled Convocation will not be awarded Degree on the Day of Convocation.
After registration please collect the Shawl from the counter.
Registration Fee:
Payment of Registration fee Rs 200/- (Non-refundable fee).
SITTING IN THE CONVOCATION HALL :
You are requested to be seated in the auditorium Hall latest by 04:00 PM. once seated, there will be no unnecessary movements in the auditorium Hall and perfect discipline will be maintained. You will only be allowed to leave the convocation hall after the ceremony is over. Looking forward to your presence on this solemn occasion..
