FDDI, Kolkata is hosting Convocation Ceremony on 7th January 2022 at FDDI, Kolkata Campus.
The students who successfully completed their respective Programme in year 2020 & 2021 at FDDI Kolkata campus and obtained the requisite NOC are eligible for award of Degree at Convocation 2022.
Graduands are advised to report at the Institute at FDDI, Kolkata Leather Complex, South 24, Parganas West Bengal at 08.30 AM on the day of convocation.
Instructions for Convocation Ceremony: -
DRESS: Wearing formal dress as mentioned below is mandatory:
- a) Gents: Lounge Suit/ Combination with a tie, Formal Shoes and Socks
- b) Ladies: Saree/ Suit/Western (Trousers/Blazer)
REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF CONVOCATION (7th January 2022)
Registration will be open only from 8.30 AM to 10.00 AM. Students willing to attend Convocation are required to register/report at the counter marked for their respective batch and year for Registration. Students reporting after 10.00 AM for registration for scheduled Convocation will not be awarded Degree on the Day of Convocation.
All the concerned students participating in Convocation are invited to join us for lunch after Convocation ceremony.
CONVOCATION ROBE & CAPS
The Institute made necessary arrangements for providing UV sterilized robes for students. Robes will be issued on the presentation of the signed Robe Issue Slip at the Robe Counter on payment of Rs. 1250/- (which include non-refundable fee of Rs. 250/- and refundable security Rs. 1000/-). Students would get back Rs.1000/- once they return back their robes and cap and which is required to be returned on the same day after the ceremony. The robes have to be worn throughout the function. The Robe Return Slip should be retained till the end of the Convocation and needs to be deposited at the Robe Return Counter along with the complete Robe Set. The money will not be refunded back if any of the items is missing from the Robe - set.
P.S - In order to maintain Social Distancing & Covid appropriate behavior, the students are requested not to bring any guests along and are further advised to wear mask during the Convocation ceremony.
