On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, FDDI organized a special awareness session focused on women’s rights, gender equality, and workplace empowerment, reaffirming its commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment on 09 March 2026. The session was conducted in hybrid mode across 12 campuses, witnessing active participation from employees.
As part of the celebration, women employees were felicitated in recognition of their contributions, adding a meaningful and celebratory dimension to the occasion.
FDDI was honoured to host Dr. Aditi Kaushal Bhardwaj, Labour Law and POSH Consultant and Advocate associated with the Supreme Court of India, who shared valuable insights on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Her session effectively explained key legal provisions and procedures through practical examples, enhancing awareness and understanding of POSH compliance.
The session was engaging and impactful, sensitizing employees to issues related to women’s rights, equality, and empowerment, while encouraging a culture of respect and accountability across the organization.
