He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), Chhindwara Campus, an apex leadership position he assumed on June 22, 2026. He brings to his role a distinctive blend of corporate governance, strategic workforce management, institutional administration, and specialized regulatory oversight.
An accomplished scholar in his field, Mr. Sharma holds the prestigious UGC NET-JRF qualification in Human Resource Management, reflecting his strong analytical capabilities and deep subject-matter expertise.
