FDDI Jodhpur organized a grand Student Felicitation Ceremony to honour students who showcased their creativity and design excellence at the Artisan Handicrafts Expo Fashion Show, organized by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) at the Trade Facilitation Centre, Boranada, Jodhpur, in January 2026.
The students were recognized for their remarkable contribution in presenting innovative fashion creations that seamlessly blended India's rich handicraft traditions with contemporary design aesthetics. Their outstanding performance at the prestigious event received wide appreciation from industry representatives, artisans, buyers, and visitors from India and abroad.
The programme was graced by Mr. Nirmal Bhandari, COO Member and Patron, EPCH, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Gopal Sharma, Regional Manager, EPCH, as the Guest of Honour. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Bhandari commended the students for their creativity and professionalism, highlighting the potential of young designers to establish a distinct identity for Indian fashion and craftsmanship on the global stage. He also emphasized the importance of industry-oriented platforms in providing practical exposure and enriching the learning experience beyond the classroom.
