5th Convocation Ceremony of FDDI Chhindwara


FDDI, Chhindwara, celebrated its 5th Convocation Ceremony on 7th November 2025 at the campus. The event marked a proud and memorable milestone for the graduating students, who received their degrees and diplomas in the esteemed presence of distinguished dignitaries, faculty members, parents, and guests.

The ceremony was graced by eminent personalities from academia, industry, and FDDI leadership, including Chief Guest Prof. Indra Prasad Tripathi, Vice Chancellor, Raja Shankar Shah University, Chhindwara; Guests of Honour Dr. Shivaji Shriram Dhawad, COO, INFED – Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur, and Mr. P. Sandeep Reddy, Managing Director, C.R. Shoes, Ambur (Tamil Nadu) and a distinguished FDDI alumnus; along with the special presence of Colonel Pankaj Kumar Sinha, Secretary, FDDI.

The event commenced with the National Song ‘Vande Mataram’, marking 150 years of its legacy. This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing knowledge, wisdom, and progress. After the warm welcome of dignitaries, the ceremony continued with keynote addresses, degree distribution, and acknowledgments.

The presence of the dignitaries greatly enriched the occasion and inspired the graduates with their insightful and motivational addresses. Colonel Pankaj Kumar Sinha warmly welcomed the gathering, appreciated the dedicated efforts of the students and faculty, and extended his best wishes for their future endeavors. Mr. P. Sandeep Reddy shared his inspiring journey as an FDDI alumnus and motivated students to embrace challenges with resilience and pursue their professional goals with confidence. Dr. Shivaji Shriram Dhawad emphasized the significance of leadership, adaptability, and continuous learning in today’s dynamic industry environment. Chief Guest Prof. Indraprasad Tripathi delivered a thought-provoking address highlighting the richness of Indian traditions, the relevance of mythology, and the enduring values of excellence, ethics, and innovation.

A total of 109 students from B.Des (FDP), B.Des (FD) and MBA (RFM) programmes from the 2024 and 2025 pass-out batches were conferred their degrees during the ceremony for successfully completing their academic requirements, with special recognition given to outstanding performers.
