FDDI once again demonstrated its design excellence on a national platform at the recently concluded Delhi Fashion Week, where the institute’s team’s creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship earned widespread admiration and secured two prestigious recognitions—the Best Designer Award and the Commercial Category Award—highlighting their ability to blend artistic brilliance with strong market relevance.
Held on 28th November 2025 at YMCA, New Delhi, the event brought together leading names from the fashion industry and was organized through a collaborative effort between the Delhi Fashion Club, FDDI Noida, NIFT Foundation Delhi, and the Tourism Ministry of North East India.
Adding significance to the occasion, FDDI Rohtak Executive Director (ED), Ms. Sarita Duhan, attended the event alongside renowned designers and contributed to an insightful talk show on Women’s Empowerment and Viksit Bharat. A dedicated press conference further highlighted FDDI’s growing influence on India’s design landscape, celebrating the Institute’s role in shaping contemporary design language, nurturing young talent, and setting new industry benchmarks.
This achievement reflects FDDI’s unwavering commitment to fostering innovative, commercially viable design talent, and with this spirit of excellence, the Institute looks forward to many more accomplishments in the years ahead.
