On 19th November 2025, the School of Retail and Fashion Merchandise at FDDI Noida organized an insightful masterclass titled “The Ultimate Blueprint for Website Performance.” The session featured two speakers from the contemporary lifestyle brand Tann Trim — Ms. Mansi Kindra, Founder, and Mr. Sarthak Kapoor, member of the brand’s growth team. The masterclass offered students a deep exploration of the evolving intersections between online retail, digital branding, and user-centric website experience.
Ms. Mansi Kindra opened the session with a comprehensive overview of key elements that define a functional and visually compelling retail website. She explained the structural significance of core web pages such as the Homepage, Product Listing Page (PLP), and Product Description Page (PDP). Emphasizing visual hierarchy, intuitive navigation, content placement, and consistent brand identity, she demonstrated how thoughtful design enhances user engagement, product visibility, and overall website performance.
Following her presentation, Mr. Sarthak Kapoor led a live demonstration on Shopify, introducing students to the technical workflow behind building an online store. His session covered theme selection, layout setup, product integration, and essential backend operations, giving participants a realistic understanding of how creative ideas are transformed into a functional digital storefront.
The masterclass effectively connected creative design principles with technical implementation, providing students with a holistic understanding of modern e-commerce systems.
