Top 10 Finalists will be chosen for the next round of the competition and The winner will have a chance to join Neman's as a Footwear Designer, while the top 2nd and 3rd talented designers will be given a chance to work as interns for the company.

Submissions are now open and the last date to submit the designs will be 16th April 2023 at 11.59 PM IST.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Submit your original Neeman's footwear design in hand / digital / 3d format.
- The First page of your submission should be your CV / Resume
- You must put your Design submissions from the second page onwards.
- You can mention / label the necessary features of the design after the main submission page (page2).
GUIDELINES TO YOUR DESIGN
- The brief must be chosen from one of the given 3 Personas (head to stulture.com for briefs)
- Please mention the selected brief in the top left corner of the page.
- Must be designed through a Sustainable point of view
- Minimum views: Lateral
- Maximum views: Lateral, Medial, Back, Top, Bottom, Perspective.
- Do your submission in a PDF format.
- Do save file name as last name_first name.
- Do not submit sketches upside down, sideways, or facing the wrong way.
SUBMISSIONS
- The submission portal is now open and the Final Date of Submission will be 16th April 2023 before 11:59 PM IST.
