Spanning over more than 28 years of experience with UNDP program, industry and various organizations. Possesses intensive & extensive teaching and research skills including operations, management and training of participants at various levels; precollege, undergraduates, post graduates. She has to her credit several techno management research papers published in reputed national, international journals & books international consultancy. In her professional capacity she has also represented the institute by delivering research papers at national & international conferences, summits, seminars, attended workshops, conducted FDP and actively contributed in various committees at the administrative levels. Attended several international fairs in Hongkong, Germany, Dubai, Italy & Bangkok. Teaching domain includes Footwear & Marketing management. Her areas of research includes Consumer Behavior, CRM, Supply chain management, Market Research, Retail & Closing in footwear.
