Profile & Biography
Mr. Amit Sain is an alumnus of NIFT Delhi, specializing as a Fashion Technologist and Textile Engineer, with over 15 years of extensive experience in the textile, apparel industry, and academia. He has worked with some of the most eminent names in the industry, including Vardhman Yarns, Orient Craft, and Raymonds, gaining valuable exposure across manufacturing and design domains.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Design from Banasthali University, Amit combines academic rigor with real-world insights to contribute meaningfully to the evolving landscape of fashion and textiles. He has published five research papers.
He actively serves as a Board of Studies Member for multiple State Government Universities reflecting his strong academic presence and commitment to education.
In addition, Amit is a Lean Consultant for the MSME sector, where he applies process optimization techniques to enhance productivity and sustainability in manufacturing units.
