Mr. K. Elayaraja has an extensive background in Leather Technology and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Footwear Technology from CLRI. With 26 years of experience in the footwear and leather industries, his expertise is complemented by academic accomplishments, making him a distinguished figure in the field. Having spent four years internationally in China, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Vietnam, collaborating with renowned brands, he brings a wealth of global exposure to his endeavors. Throughout his career, Mr. K. Elayaraja has made significant contributions to HRD projects in India, including the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Programme (TNSDP), Placement Linked Skill Development Programme (PLSDP), the Primary Skill Development Programme (PSDP), the Secondary Skill Development Programme (SSDP). He is currently involving in the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) training programme under Gramodyog Vikas Yojana since 2023. He has also been imparting knowledge to students through long-term and short-term courses at FDDI. His dedication and expertise have earned him recognition through several prestigious awards from leading organizations. Moreover, Mr. K. Elayaraja is actively engaged in the craftsmanship of hand-made and customized footwear. His proficiency spans a variety of shoe constructions, including Bologna, Sacchetto, and welted constructions. In addition to his hands-on achievements, he has secured a pioneering patent (Patent No. 202241069290, Published Date: 16/12/2022, CBR Number: 203868) for smart wearable technology. Mr. K.
