Profile & Biography
Prince Joseph is a Sr.Faculty Gr-II of School of Footwear design & Production at Hyderabad campus, employed since 2011. He is a strong academician, worked as mentor, leader, and administrator having 23 years of experience in core domain expertise, comprising 13 years of academic instruction and 10 years of industry experience, with a proven record of accomplishment of serving renowned corporate groups. In addition to his diploma in footwear manufacturing, he holds Master studies in Labour Management and MBA- in Footwear Design & Production Management. His primary areas of expertise are in the fields of footwear technology; including research and applications, Foot anatomy and solid modelling of last, Ergonomics and usability, Footwear bottom construction, and Footwear bottom components. He has been nominated as a Convergence Coordinator in order to initiate the use of collaborative resources & joint project proposals between NID, NIFT, IIFT, IIP and FDDI-Hyderabad. To keep abreast of his academic discipline and to maintain the highest personal standard, participated in developing technical curriculum modules, continued research, which leads and strives to improve the effectiveness of teaching. Submitted research paper titled “Foot Abnormalities: Understanding Prevalence, Impact, and Innovative Solutions" with IJSRP Volume 13, Issue 10, and October 2023. Building continued relationship with Footwear and Leather sectors that shall give our Interns access to the newest advancements technology, as well as getting better placements for our yearly pass-out graduates. Early in 2013, deputed to Ethiopia for the International Projects in Twinning Program of Phase-I & Phase-II, which provided technical assistance to companies from benchmarking to the creation and development of skilled and intellectual labor to meet industrial demands. Also, worked in a team, launching of B.Sc. degree in Footwear Science and Engineering program with Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. Developed TTLM for the trainers, prepared study materials for the subjects handled and submitted to Footwear Directorate-LIDI.
