Mr. Rahul Kumar Pandey is a dedicated professional with a robust academic foundation and diverse skill set. a postgraduate in Management from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University. He holds a 2- Year Diploma in Footwear Design and Production from the Central Footwear Training Institute, Chennai accredited by the Textile Institute, U.K. Additionally, he has completed a Diploma in Computer Application from SISI Guindy, Chennai, and possesses expertise in Shoe Master CAD/CAM, Graphic Design tools such as Corel DRAW, Photoshop and Fusion 360. Mr. Pandey has further enhanced his expertise by earning a certification in "Design Thinking for Customer-Centric Innovation" from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, demonstrating his dedication to continuous learning and innovation. Additionally, he has also contributed to the academic community by publishing research papers in reputed national and international journals. With over 17 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, coupled with extensive industry expertise, Mr. Pandey has made significant contributions to the footwear design domain. He began his career as a Designer with M/s. TATA International Ltd. Chennai, where he worked with prestigious global clients such as Hush Puppies, Clarks, Geox, and Zara, specializing in high-fashion ladies' and men's footwear. Subsequently, he served as the Designer for Designing & Pattern Engineering at M/s. Ponds Export Ltd. (a subsidiary of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.), Pondicherry. His combined academic and industry expertise underscores his commitment to excellence in footwear design and development.
