With over two decades of extensive experience in Buying, Sourcing, and Product Development, Mr. Rinsten Dorjee is currently heading the LGAD Department in Kolkata stands. His journey encompasses a wealth of expertise garnered through hands-on experience and a deep-rooted passion for driving innovation and excellence in product development. At H&M India, he won the prestigious Global Award for the 'Best Business Idea 2015' in a tough competition among all H&M offices worldwide. Now, he shares his expertise at the Footwear Design and Development Institute, bringing valuable insights to the Leather Goods & Accessories department.
