B.E. (Production), M.B.A, IRCA certified auditor for QMS. 31 years of experience in academics, QMS, consultancy, and International projects. Faculty for Production and Operation Management, Intellectual Property Rights, Production Planning & Control, Quality Systems . Project coordinator for Twinning agreement Leather Industry Development Institute, Ethiopia. Was team member for the development of NTQF compliant curriculum and TTLM for Ethiopian Education Standard for footwear. Implemented Global Bench Marking project for footwear companies in Ethiopia. Provided consultancy to Nepal, Sri Lanka Consultancy delivered in the area of clicking, QMS, Inventory management & global bench marking for footwear companies in India & Ethiopia. Project coordinator for Vaal -NFLC project for NTQF compliant programs in South Africa.
