Academic Credentials: Mr. Srinivasan K is a qualified professional with a strong academic background, including a B.Tech in Leather Technology (2009), an M.Tech in Footwear Science & Engineering (2011), and an MBA in Retail Management (2013) from Anna University, Chennai. Professional Experience: With significant work experience, he began his career as a Management Trainee at Kora Shoes Pvt Ltd., Chennai, followed by a role as a Footwear Consultant with SEN Hospital, Chennai, where he focused on diabetic footwear. He later served as a faculty member and consultant at the Central Footwear Training Institute (CFTI), Chennai, where he was involved in training, common facility services and consultancy services, holding various positions. He is currently a Senior Faculty Grade II at FDDI, Hyderabad. Research and Contributions: Mr. Srinivasan K has published research on the topic “Preparation and Characterization of Footwear Soling Materials Based on Biodegradable Polyurethane” and has contributed various articles to leather and footwear magazines. Awards and Recognition: He has received several accolades, including the Mecca Haji Abdul Majid Sahib Endowment Award (2012) and the B.M. Das Memorial Medal (2011). Additionally, he was a recipient of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Scholarship (2009-2011) after qualifying in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee.
