Varun Tripathi is a dedicated faculty member in the Department of Footwear Design and Production. With a strong foundation in academics and industry, he holds an MBA in Footwear Design and Production Management and brings over eleven years of academic experience along with four years of industry expertise. Known for his versatility, Mr. Tripathi focuses on bridging theory and practice, enriching students' learning experiences with practical relevance. He actively pursues opportunities to enhance his knowledge in his domain, which has led him to participate in various seminars. In 2022, he authored an article on the Role of Artificial Intelligence in Footwear Technology, and in 2024, his research paper titled Optimizing Efficiency in Footwear Production: Strategies for Increasing Productivity in the Cutting Department was published in the International Scientific Journal of Engineering and Management (ISJEM). Mr. Tripathi's commitment to continuous learning and innovation makes him a valued contributor to both academic and professional platforms in the field of footwear design and production.
