Profile & Biography
He has a mix of academia and industry experience of more than 24 years and has been associated with FDDI since 2005 as a faculty member of Footwear Design and Production Department. His teaching area included Footwear bottom manufacturing, Quality management, Production management etc. He is a MBA with specialization in production management from Jamia Millia Islamia university Delhi and also completed MFT course (Management course in Footwear Technology from FDDI in 1999. He has wide experience of doing projects/consultancy for both Private and Government Organization and been actively involved in the implementation of various Central and state Government project/schemes related to financial assistance and technical assistance to different footwear manufacturing unit all over India. He has also organized in house training programs for Government official ,managers and supervisor of footwear Industry. He has undertaken international training & Consultancy assignments in South Africa and Ethiopia. As a Head of Special Lab Committee he also involved in the development of Specification for various types of footwear for Indian armed forces, paramilitary forces, public sector enterprises, state department etc.
