Profile & Biography
He is a Footwear Technologist (an FDDI alumnus HDFT 2002 batch), a Bachelor of Science, and has overall 22 years of experience including 12 years in academics and 10 years in the shoe industry. His area of expertise is in Footwear Manufacturing, Sourcing, Production Planning Control, and Product Costing. He has worked in Ascot Sports Footwear Pvt. Ltd., Gurgaon buying house as a Sourcing Manager for international shoe brands like Azor, Front, etc. He worked as a Planning Manager in export companies like Oscar Leathers Pvt Ltd Mohali, Tej International Pvt. Ltd, Agra where he worked with renowned buyers like Deichmann, Zara, Carrefour, Eram, Bata, Clarks, Hushpuppies, Andre, Max, etc. He has been working as Senior faculty in FDDI Noida since May 2012 and taking assigned classes for the students of M.Des. FDP and B.Des. FDP batches. He has delivered the consultancy for Bata India Ltd and the Henkel-FDDI workshop. He has contributed to the preparation of study materials containing shoe industrial contents, revision of Handouts, E-book on Full Shoe Costing, etc. His research paper was published in International Journal for Research in Applied Science & Engineering Technology (IJRASET), Volume 10, Issue IV, April 2022.
