Profile & Biography
Ms. Richa Arora is a Sr. Faculty in the School of Fashion Design with over 14 years of combined industry and academic experience. She holds a B.Sc in Fashion Design from Annamalai University, 2008, and a Masters in Fashion Design & Clothing Technology from SOFT, Pune, 2011. Her core areas include Apparel Design: Wovens, Knits and Leather Garments, Pattern Making, Garment Construction (Kids, Men's and Women's wear), Design Process, Surface Generation/ Manipulation Techniques, Textile- Weaving Techniques, Draping & Grading, Production & Quality control, Merchandising. She has authored research papers on Ikat, Construction methods and weaving. She has supervised graduate students on research projects and design collections.
