Profile & Biography
Ms. Shraddha Jhaloya is the Faculty and Head of the School of Fashion Design at FDDI Chhindwara, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the fashion industry and academia since 2002. She holds a Master's degree in Fashion Technology from PTU Jabalpur, a PGDCA, and specialized diplomas in Texcad, Fashion Studio, Lectra System, and Apparel Merchandising. Her diverse career trajectory includes significant roles such as Assistant Professor at Mandsaur University, Purchase and Store Manager in a 100% garment export house, Lecturer at ATIRA, and Wazir Advisor in Indore. Throughout her journey, she has been recognized for her creative excellence, securing the first position in an NIFD Fashion Show and winning top honors in various dress designing competitions.
Currently, she is advancing her academic profile by pursuing a Ph.D. at Vikram University, Ujjain, where her research focuses on innovative, eco-friendly dyeing and printing techniques for sustainable textiles in Madhya Pradesh. She is an active contributor to the research community, having recently presented a paper on "E-Marketing and Fashion" at a national seminar in Amritsar. Committed to professional growth, she frequently participates in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) to ensure the integration of modern sustainable practices and technology into her leadership at FDDI.
